Nashville home tours begin this weekend

Nashville architecture and real estate fans will be able to tour nearly two dozen residences in the coming weeks during the Downtown Home Tour and the 12South Neighborhood Tour.

12southOn Sunday, April 14, PARKS presents the 10th Annual Downtown Home Tour. This year’s tour showcases private residences, rental units and for-sale properties along the Church Street corridor (from 3rd to 8th Avenues), The Gulch and Rolling Mill Hill. Attendees will also be able to tour nearby lifestyle amenities including the historic Downtown Presbyterian Church, the Arts Company and many others.

The downtown home tour will take place April 14 from 12 to 6 p.m., and tickets will be available for purchase at the Arts Company and PARKS Urban Real Estate Gallery.

On Saturday, April 20, the 12South Neighborhood Association presents the 10th annual 12South Neighborhood Tour to benefit annual concerts and neighborhood improvement and beautification projects.

Featuring eleven homes, the 12South tour will showcase the diversity of this community with classic restorations of historic homes to contemporary renovations and new homes that mirror the unique and creative character of the neighborhood.

The Tour will take place April 20 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets will be available for purchase from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Summer Classics.
